How to Include System Compression in Disk Cleanup on Windows 10

Microsoft Corporation has introduced its earlier version feature Disk Cleanup with advanced feature in its latest operating system Windows 10. It is used to free memory allocated by unnecessary files and folder on your computer system. In earlier version, it deletes only current user account unnecessary files and folders, but in Windows 10 it deletes unwanted files and folders of administrator account also. Windows 10 has added System Compression as a new feature to free more space in computer memory. Under, I am explaining how to add System Compression in Disk Cleanup on Windows 10.


Tips to include system compression in Disk Cleanup on Windows 10 –

#. Launch Start menu on screen and type cleanmgr in the search box.

#. You will get Cleanmgr on top of search result list. Right click on cleanmgr and select Run as administrator option.

















#. Opt the drive (Generally C: drive) in which Windows 10 is installed and Click on Ok button.

#.  In a little while, window of Disk Cleanup will arrive on screen. Check the System compression under Files to delete option.


#. Now system compression is added in Disk cleanup, click on Ok to finish task.
