How to Pin Settings Pane in Microsoft Edge on Windows 10

Sometimes very minute change produces very big effects. When you run Microsoft Edge and attempt to execute some changes through settings area you need to open the settings pane through the more actions icon. When you widen the pane and click elsewhere the area closes automatically. This is a very annoying situation and compels you to do extra work if you check whether the changes are applied or not.
