How to Fix wfplwfs.sys BSOD Blue Screen Error in Windows 10 or 11

The error wfplwfs.sys indicates that the system had a problem handling this file. Among the bug check codes possible are Page_Fault_In_Nonpaged_Area, Kmode_Exception_Not_Handled, Driver_Irql_Not_Less_Or_Equal. When the system encounters a BSOD, it performs a bug check before rebooting. A stop code appears after the reboot, indicating what happened to the Windows PC.

As a Windows driver, wfplwfs.sys works the same way as WFP NDIS (version 6.30 Lightweight Filter Driver). Due to this being a compressed file, there's no need to worry about it being reliable or secure. Outdated drivers, a corrupted registry, a conflict between components and data, threats and attacks, malfunctioning disc drivers, and outdated BIOS firmware are all common causes of the blue screen problem.
