A fresh build with numerous bug fixes and enhancements has been added to the Release Preview channel of Windows 11. The improvements include fixes for searchindexer.exe, Narrator, SMB, LSASS, Credential Guard, Storage Spaces Direct or S2D cluster, Tab settings for IE mode sites, Event Viewer, and much more. Windows 11 Build 22000.2001 is the updated version resulting from the cumulative update KB5026436, which transforms the 22H2 version into the complete name of this release: 2023-05 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems.
